Monitoring & Rebooting

Taking care of a server is generally a hard duty. You either need to do the job yourself and commit your valuable time to looking after your VPS, or else you have to arrange a 3rd–party tool whose only mission will be to monitor your VPS. And this is exactly where our Optional Admin Services deal will comes in real handy. With it, your server will be entered in our own custom–made server managing software system, which will keep track of all the essential tasks. And in the event of a service crash, our sysadmins will be notified momentarily and they will solve the trouble as fast as possible.

Weekly Backups

In case you own a repeatedly visited website or a resource–heavy web application, it’s very important to keep a full back–up copies of everything. However, setting up an auto backup system can be difficult. This is the reason why we offer you our Optional Admin Services solution – we will maintain a full backup of your VPS server, not just of your sites and data, but of all the custom configuration settings that you have added. Our backup scripts are run each week, preserving all the configurations that you’ve made during that period.

Installation & Troubleshooting

While a Virtual Private Server provides you with an almost endless set of options, you will sometimes have to install additional software packages. And that’s where our Installation & Troubleshooting solution can help you out. It’s an integral part of our Optional Admin Services package, which enables you to demand any of our senior sysadmins to install any kind of software application and to fix any issue that you’re experiencing with your VPS server.

Our Optional Admin Services solution comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Servers. It is an extra for the KVM VPS Servers.
